Returns are subject to each vendor's individual return policy. Please visit the vendor's store page and check their Policies section for specific return instructions. You can also contact the vendor directly through their store page.
To become a vendor, click the "Register as Vendor" button on our homepage or visit the vendor registration page. Fill out the application form with your business details, and our team will review your application within 24-48 hours.
Payment methods vary by vendor. Most vendors accept Card Payments (via Plug'n'Pay), Bank Transfers, and Pay on Pickup/Delivery. Check the vendor's store page for their accepted payment methods.
Delivery options depend on the vendor and your location. You can choose between Home Delivery and Pickup at QBC Store, Marathon Mall. Delivery fees may apply, but we offer free delivery on orders over $100.
